Not everyone is a traditional cake person and I get it (I guess). Because of this I have some other products on my menu available to order to cater for those occasions where you need a dessert, but not a full custom cake.   • Chocolate Raspberry Tart

    This delicious dessert is the perfect end to a sophisticated special celebration. It is topped with fresh raspberries and tastes amazing, regardless of whether you select the vegan option or not. Don’t believe me, try it for yourself.

  • Lemon Mousse Cheesecake

    This was one of my first recipes and has been a go to with my family and customers since the beginning of my business. The tartness of lemon combined with the creamy cream cheese, ginger biscuit base and topped with fresh seasonal fruit is a match made in heaven.

  • Tiramisu Cake

    Including light and airy cake layers, with the richness of a mascarpone and coffee icing all dusted with cocoa. This show stopping dessert is always the first thing to sell out at my markets, with customers arriving when I open just so that they don’t miss out. Think about adding her to your next family gathering, you won’t be disappointed.

  • Chocolate Mousse Cake

    If you’re a fan of chocolate mousse, then this one’s for you. A thick layer of rich chocolate mousse, flecked with chocolate shavings, atop a crunchy chocolate biscuit base. It’s topped with some fresh fruit and chocolate ganache, just to give a bit of balance to this decadent dessert.

  • Pumpkin Mousse Cheesecake

    Cheesecake, but make it Canadian. I’m from Canada and I miss pumpkin. This is my ginger biscuit based mousse cheesecake combined with my beautifully spiced pumpkin pie filling. It’s rich and autumnal in flavour, while not being a heavy version of a cheesecake.

  • Lemon Meringue Pie

    Tart lemon filling, crisp pastry base and sky high meringue topping. This is a show stopper. It is best the day of (meringue doesn’t love to sit in the fridge) so only available for later afternoon/evening pick ups.

  • Sponge Cake

    2 layers of light sponge cake filled with whipped cream and tangy lemon curd.

  • Black Forest Cake

    Chocolate sponge, homemade cherry compote and sweetened whipped cream, topped with shaved chocolate and cherries.

  • Double Chocolate Brownies

    Rich chocolate brownies, enough said. This is my favourite recipe, based on the ones my neighbour growing up used to make for us. Still in my recipe book as ‘Mary Stafford’s brownies’, you’ll love them.

  • Pumpkin Pie

    Pumpkin makes the most lovely desserts, particularly with all the warming spices used in this Canadian classic. Cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in a creamy pumpkin filling, on top of a crispy pastry base. In my opinion, best served warm with fresh whipped cream. Autumn isn’t autumn without a slice of this beauty.

  • Vegan Lemon 'Cheesecake'

    Crisp coconut base, topped with a cashew based lemon ‘cheesecake’. It fresh, tart and topped with seasonal fruit. A delicious vegan version of the real thing.
