• Yes I do! I myself have coeliac disease, and so all of the cakes and other products I make are gluten free. I believe that it is so important for no one to miss out on delicious sweet treats that also look beautiful, just because they have a dietary restriction. Because of this I can also cater for both dairy free and vegan customers. I can cater for nut free as well, although some of my flavours do include nuts so my kitchen is not 100% nut free.

  • Your cake will be in a box when you receive it. Please carry it with your hands underneath the centre of the box (do not hold the box by its sides).

Please collect your cake in an air conditioned car. The safest place for it in your car is the passenger seat footwell, rather than in the hands of your passenger.

The icing on the cake may melt if it is left in your car for an extended period of time.

I would recommend all tiered cakes to be delivered.

  • All of my cakes are finished with Swiss Meringue buttercream, so they require refrigeration.

Cakes are best served at room temperature, so removing your cake from the fridge roughly 2 hours before you serve it is recommended. Please take into account the weather on the day as whether it may need more or less time to come to room temperature.

Please remove all flowers and non-edible decorations before serving the cake.

All responsibility for the care and food safety of the cake becomes the customers after pick up/delivery.

  • At this time I only offer delivery on wedding cakes, or any other tiered cake. The fee for this will vary depending on the venue location.

  • I generally do tasting boxes twice yearly (generally June and October). These boxes are $65 and include my 8 most popular flavour combinations.

These boxes are limited and usually get snapped up by my wedding couples, so please let me know if you would like to be added onto my list.

  • As soon as you have the date confirmed it is worth getting in touch. Some weekends are really popular and get booked out quite quickly. I hate having to turn customers down, so the sooner you can secure your date, the better.

  • Yes it is. My home kitchen is registered with the City of Greater Geelong and insured.
